Terms & Conditions of my store:

We do NOT ship internationally.

We only ship Australia wide with Australia Post.

Shipping costs:

vary, depending on the size of your order.


Lost packages: we very rarely experience, i do include insurance with the postage costs. All orders will need to be signed for by australia post.

Order Processing times

As soon as we receive your order, you will be notified by email as to the time frame that is available for your order to be posted, Custom orders take longer as they need to be made up to your specifications. Each item that is a custom order on the website states a rough turn around time. this is to give you an idea of how long it takes to make your specific item. Items that are available for immediate shipping are also stated on the listing details.

We do update the processing system regularly during the day as orders are completed. So you only need to log back into the website and check the status of your order. If you need clarification on this please feel free to email us and we can verify indefinately, the status of your order.

But we do ship items the same day or the next morning, depending on when you place your order, for ready to ship items only.

Payment Options

Payments accepted by our store are:

  • In store payment by eftpos, Cash.
  • Online payments by Direct Deposit to our nominated Bank Account
  • Payway
  • We do not accept payments over the phone.

Once your payments have cleared we can then post your item if it is a immediate item in stock, and Custom orders willl be required to have payment received before we can start on your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in same condition as when purchased.
Please choose with care as we don't offer refunds, on Custom orders which are handcarved.

Refunds on custom orders are not Possible. as the items are custom hand-carved to your specifications. Which is why we ask you to provide as much detail as you can about your design. If I am unable to fulfill your requirements before starting your design. Yes you will be refunded the full amount.

We can however exchange or give a gift card/s once product is returned at buyers expense.

Of course , if the item is faulty, normal refund conditions apply. Exchanges can be organised for sale items.
